@MLynch357 There's been plenty of eye candy everytime I've been there. Recently the Rio had to stop doing their topless pools cause too many hookers would go toples and advertise themselves and it went from being fun to just over the top low-class and too obvious.

I went to the Wynn and Encore pools not parties and women were topless. I didn't understand at first and my friend was like its suppose to be that way.

@MLynch357 Absolutely, when I went to the Beach Club 29 at the Stratosphere there were mostly girls there and most of them were topless. One even took her bottom off too--although this is technically against the rules, nobody said or did anything about it.

The topless thing is probably bullshit, they overhype the fuck out of something and give the illusion of being truthful when in fact they are full of shit.

I know at the Stratosphere they make guys pay $10 to go to their topless pools. I am sure the only people there are guys hoping to see some boobs and end up only seeing other guy's boobs.

did any girls actually go topless? or is it just a bunch of bullshit? i keep hearing about vegas "topless" pools, but i wonder whether any significant amount of girls actually take the opportunity to go topless?
