  • if the cooler water is below (about) 45c the v-tec dont kick in, or if the engine block is still cold...i agree on that the v-tec dont is active.

  • Engine was warm enough.

I had the starter valves adjusted and now it's running much more smooth.

the vtec still kicks in but not as heavy as before

ofcourse this video is modded so on the full video you can hear the vtec kick in; i still love it

  • Sounds great from 0:30 to 0:50, loved it.

  • Yah well thats nothing new, but guess what the invented the clutch for the soul purpose to PREVENT damage.

So ga ahead use it without...really smart..not..

  • you guys are retarted. vfr800's are known to have vtec. and yes if your motor is cold vtec wont engage but clearly you can see a power band in the middle of the dyno sheet so obviously something did kick off.

  • that is a v tec? sounds dull? that is no vtec!!

  • yer that won't do much good for it

  • This is not a V-tec.....i have a V-tec one and you can ear the other 8 valves starting.

  • man i thought vtec would pop loud or something...fuck

  • My VFR (2001) sounds like Ford Mustang, and this sounds like SLR McLaren, don't it?
