As a techie support weenie myself, I uspect 4 hours was dragging it out a bit... super computers require a whole heap of staning around arms folded saying "This is about as powerfull as three Cray II's, imagine if we moved the exchange server onto this as well, our active directory would melt down!" .... I think pink shirt man coud have had it done on his own in half the time... well done folks.... techies like me love this vid....
