hey do you open up your chakras one by one? how do you do this? cuz I want to learn sooo bad but i've been looking everywhere online and they just talk about the chakras, not how to open them, i can't find good sources of how to meditate

great question my friend. the Vitruvian man painting of the guy with 4 arms legs, (and hudden chakras) was a famous painting done by Leonardo Da Vinci who was passing down this hidden knowledge of the chakra system. My heart chakra was the first to burst open during meditation then the very next day the 6 others awakened as well....its a awesome feeling my friend

You can start at the top to the bottom or bottom to top, but im trying to learn new things too.
