Is Obama planning to have a Civilian Security Force in addition to the military?

@ablust To answer your idiotic question that you are so stupid you can't figure out on your own, it was METAPHORICALLY a security issue, because if we only join the military and refuse to serve our country in other ways, our country will erode, putting us in danger, thus metaphorically making it a security issue. If you had seen it in context right away, you would not need to be told this as if you were 4....... But you chose to NOT look at the context and instead buy a 20 second lie.
