  • I abandoned my garden last year because of the Fukushima radiation falling on it. And yet it continued to produce in part. So this year I'm just going with the semi-wild method.

    Up in the mountains, I experimented with planting garlic, potatoes, onion, herbs -- in places most likely to do well without watering. Just to see what happens.
