hi, here's a real nice Poulan 25CC I converted for R/C plane use. I took it apart and looked it over, it was in great shape. I trimmed the excess aluminum off the crank case. I trimmed the backplane and made a backplate motormount and counter sunk the bolt holes so it will mount flush to the firewall.
I cut the flywheel down and made a aluminum prop adaptor and washer. I painted the cylinder Chevrolet orange and the crankcase aluminum engine paint. I cleaned and put a new pump in the carb. it will idle for days at 1800 RPM and I get 7500 RPM up top with a master airscrew 18x6 classic series propeller. it hand starts very easy. (NO STARTER REQUIRED!) its for sale.
thank you, Gary Troutman Dr Tune! ;-D
