This bird is begging. For attention. The quivering wings is similar to a dog sitting on it's hind legs begging. The bird is willing to do anything, including negative squawking, just to get attention. Mine will do anything for attention!

@guehlstorf He is not begging. His wings quiver like that when he is excited and happy. He never has to beg for attention here, he gets it non-stop all day. My husband works from home, I don't work, and my 3 kids are home-schooled, so he gets more attention than most children.
