Npk David's Bail

David bailing very badly on attempting an Running Arm Jump / Catleap.

He was fine within a day or two after having his head stitched up from the accident.

He was pleased with the bail being filmed and uploaded as it's a reminder to him (of how it happened) and many others of what can happen when things go wrong.

Accidents do happen and you have to just get on with things :) luckily the bail wasn't as bad it could have been and the end result could have been far worse.

@1986sjp You've obviously never worn knee pads, done parkour or both. Trying to do Parkour with knee pads on would restrict your movement so much..
