*they get in the car*
Joe: *starts Driving looking occasionally at Demi, whos sitting silently looking at her hands folded in her lap*
Demi: *still looking down* Thanks.
Joe: Dont Worry About it. Why Are you going to your job so early?
Demi: My Boss is paying me to play inside the shop today, and Im doing something later so I told him I would do it in the morning. *she looks up at him*
Joe: Oh. *curious* Whatre you doing later?
Demi: *turns her head so shes looking out the window* Going out.
Joe: ...With Selena?
Demi: Uh, no. My boyfriend.
Joe: Oh, ok. *secretly disappointed*
Demi: *trying to change the subject* So, are you Jonas Boys known for rescuing damsels in distress who are late for work? *she smiled at him*
Joe: *laughs* Only The Especially Pretty Ones.
Demi: *looks down again, but still smiling.*
Joe: *he thinks he emberassed her but he looks and sees her smiling, so he doesnt say anything, but he smiles too*
*they come to the shop and Joe stops the car in front of it*
Demi: *gets her guitar and skateboard* And steps out of the car circeling around so she can talk to Joe through his window* Thanks again joe.
Joe: Anytime.
Demi: So what are you going to do out here anyway?
Joe: Job Hunting.
Demi: Do You Have any idea where to look?
Joe: I dont know. *he locks eyes with Demi* I was thinking somewhere in this...general area.
Demi: *cant take her eyes from Joes But finally says* Well, uh, Good Luck, Ive got to get inside. *she starts to walk in*
Joe: Hey! When do you get off work?
Demi: *she turns around and says* 10:30.
Joe: Want me to give you a ride home?
Demi: *doesnt know what to say for a minute, and then a small smile comes to her face* Id Like that.
Joe: *her smile makes him oddly nervous, but in a good way he realized.* Uh, See ya then! *he starts to drive away looking at Demi through his rearview mirror*
Demi: *watches him drive away and says* Who am I kidding? *before walking into the store.*
*With Nick And kevin*
Nick: *sitting on the couch with his guitar scribbling notes on sheets of paper all over*
Kevin: *walks in and sees nick and all the papers* Uh oh, now I know you like this girl. You havnt written in ages!
Nick: *looks up and glares at Kevin*
Kevin: *isnt looking so he keeps talking* I mean Ever since the whole Miley thing Youve- *he sees Nicks glare and trails off* Youve umm... Ive gotta... *the phone rings* Go get the phone! Yeah, *he runs off to get the phone*
Nick: *sighs and tries to continue writing but now cant*
Kevin: *comes back in* Nick! Guess what!
Nick: Thanks a lot, now I cant write. *starts to walk by Kevin*
Kevin: *grabs His arm to stop him* Nick! Just let me tell you this! its great news!
Nick: *thinks about it then stops to listen*
Kevin: I got a gig back Home.
Nick: *stares at Kevin* What?
Kevin: You know, my friends and I were gonna bring the band back together?
Nick: *whacks him upside the head* I know! Thats awesome Kev!
Kevin: I know, But you guys are gonna be here alone.
Nick: *rolls his eyes* In case you didnt notice we can take care of ourselves. and Youll get to see you know who...
Kevin: *innocently* Who?
Nick: Oh come on. your still in denial.
Kevin: *puts hands up defensively* I think there needs to be something to be in denial from First.
Nick: *walks up the stairs with his guitar singing a random tune* Hes in denial about danielle...
Kevin: *rolls his eyes* Very Mature! *he looks up to make sure Nicks in his room then gets his cell phone out dialing a number* Hey Danielle! Yeah I know its me. Hey Guess what...
*with Joe*
Joe: *parks outside Demis shop and goes in*
Demi: *shes singing and playing and doesnt notice Joe*
Joe: *cant take his eyes off of her face, almost mesmerized by her voice*
Demi: *she finishes, looks at the clock, and goes over to her boss who gives her some cash. She turns around and Jumps when she sees Joe.* Crap, how long have you been in here!?
Joe: *shrugs* Since the last half of that song. Your great.
Demi: *blushes and starts to put her gutiar away avoiding his eyes*
Joe: *watches her then follows her as she walks out the door and to his car*
