Dirk is one of five players in NBA history to average 25/10 in the playoffs.
He's 23/8 in the regular season.
He's 25/11 in the playoffs.
He's 30/13 in elimination games.
The higher the pressure, the more he steps up. The reason he hasn't gotten over the hump is he hasn't had enough help. The only Maverick to accompany him to the all star game since Nash left is Howard in '07. All champions in the last ten years have had multiple all stars.

You need to quit watching ESPN, son. They'll tell you shit like that but it ain't true.
He hit the gamewinner in Game 2 against Phoenix.
He hit the game-tying three in Game 3 against Memphis.
He made a game-tying and-one in Game 7 against San Antonio.
He hit the go-ahead fadeaway in Game 5 overtime against Miami (as well as a game-tying assist).
The dreaded free throw in Game 3 against Miami is the only example I can think of where he fell short. He hit a ton of clutch free throws that year.
