@Iivingstone - Whatever - you're confusing abusive males shouting with arguments. Oh, wait, we're meant to feel sorry for you poor males for not being able to psychologically abuse others, shout when you don't get your way and sometimes resort to violence when you lose your emotional control. That is what 'positive arrest policy' means - so the ones who aren't abusive are not put in the pile with those who are. If you're married to someone who 'screams' then that is what YOU'RE creating.

Under Komrad Ken & his labour cronies the bully boy Babylon of the Met were incentivized to criminalize middle aged law abiding citizens for such "crimes" as shouting at their screaming wives "Common Assault" according to the Met & CPS who have a "Positive Arrest Policy" for shouting husbands
