Lovely use of the old series music briefly in the last episode. Recorded off screen so not brilliant but surprising clear considering.

Personally , I felt that frying the ships in the sun was kind of overdoing it, rather it would have been just as good if they had been sent out into space away from earth.

This scene was the best fraking scene from the series. I was crying to see Galactica go out. But a fitting end to a beautiful ship.

Thanks for posting - I love the tribute with the music, it brought a tear to my eye watching the fleet go!
