Marlborough: Schindler Hydraulic Elevator @ JC Penney, Solomon Pond Mall

This time, I SUCESSFULLY FOUND the Elevator in JC Penney, at the Solomon Pond Mall, Marlborough, Massachusetts.
The way it was placed, with the narrow doorway, it just blends in with the dressing rooms scattered about. That's probably how I missed it the first time.
Needless to say, I figured out what it was, before I got there, and was right: a Schindler MT.
This is the only elevator in the mall with a "fancy" design on it, similar to other MT's found in other malls, and similar to Simon Mall elevators, runs like crap.

NOTE: The "severe shaking" on the 2'nd round trip was from leaning against the elevator, so it's sway translated to arm movements.

Wow, that looks like a Ritz-Carlton compared to the JC Penney elevator that I found in Columbia. All brown, RT fixtures.

It's the worst elevator in the mall as well. It waddles on the way up, and the more people in it, the worse it gets.

@georgef551 reminds me of both '96/'97 schindlers at the G-S plz JCPenney. I liked the old Monty/Westy traction better, but they expanded the store, and HAD to get rid of it, and now the 2 Schindlers they put in for the 3 floors they got are both like this one, or worse...

...and are about the same age, as this mall was built in 1996: a duplicate copy of The Mall at Rockingham Park, just a tad smaller footprint.

It was a bit obscure. Pay attention to EVERY doorway. "Elevator" marks the spot.

I thought I was still the lone enthusiast who's been here. It's nice to share.

I've never knew JCPenny had an elevator! I'll have to ride this one and film it and all the other ones.
