@playerwild24 Movieclips don't play in the Flash editor timeline, but they do play when you create a movie. If you make a SWF the animation will play. Alternately, you can make a graphic and make every frame in the graphic a movieclip which you can then blur.

@TheRenato3185 It's a feature of Windows Vista and Windows 7. When you have a graphics tablet connected or are using a tablet PC, it shows up.
