I hate when this band is compared to Modest Mouse.
Honestly,
they're two completely different sounding bands,
and the fact that anybody would even TRY to compare them is beyond me.
Both bands have qualities i like, and dislike.
I love both equally,
because they're too different to compare.
For example: i love how Isaac from Modest Mouse sounds like a spaz when he sings, and i love how Ben annunciates, and just his voice in general.
Both bands are independent, different, and very likable.

WHHAAT? Why would anyone compare Band of Horses to Modest Mouse. I dont hear any similarities at ALL. Not to the newer stuff and definitely not to the old stuff...Tundra/Desert...Teeth Like Gods Shoeshine...no similarities.
