BJJ instructional video about elbow-knee escape by Jorgen Matsi, Raivo Poolamäe and Rein Zobel II.
This is a pilot project for a full basic training video by MTÜ Elustreening Eesti.

Some of you might recognize Jorgen from a functional half guard video, which you can watch at http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-6822004334951860548&ei=OPgGSsaWD...
Enjoy in HQ.

  • This is a 2nd vote for a side mount escape. Great work!

  • Then you'll be happy to know that a full MMA basic training video is in the works with a full section about sidemount :)

Check back to this video from time to time, if the video is ready, there will be a link here (hopefully in a month or so)

  • hey russian, when you cloned yourself and came out ... im not going to lie, it kinda freaked me out at first

  • Very Nice!

  • you are hot!

  • nice!!

  • Good job, loved it (and it did work haha)

  • The point is my lower body still stays free. You mean the x-choke right? I escape my hips first and then defend the choke. Also I keep my neck protected for as long as possible.

  • Sir, great video. How do you frame with a ghi on if he goes for a choke??

  • Awesome! I just saw that you have a half guard video also. I'll have to check it out.
