He was not commented in a good manner by any of the judeges. Offcourse the judges here are well talened and capable. But seems like they are intentionaly trying to bring this guy down in this show.

Is it because he is a star in another similar show? Whatever, you just keep going Arun..you are one of the best!!!

Arun is a good singer and he proved the same in other shows and in the first round of ISS season4. Seems like he lost his confidence after hearing the comments from the judges in second round.

There was a time when we cast all of our tribal instruments, arts and music as dark and subhuman. Pupils were taught that the only acceptable music is of Vedic origin. Common even Yesudas could not prevail as a lower cast Christian in the music world! Lets be honest here, judge their talents and not shortcomings. Todays world needs differences and not the music that is cast in the old musty mold.

No point in asking him now if he has lost his confidence. Judges should have been a little considerate in the beginning. Part of the problem is with the Malayalee attitude of promoting oily behavior. We cant accept novices who seek to be different or cocky. It is a wrong notion that music is divine and only a divine ass can sing. We need to accept dichotomies, and accept music in all forms; who would want to deny the luscious 'enigma', just because they use demonical chants!
