@sei0790 I can´t understand you very well. The girl has 3 + 3 * 4,5 kg, it means = 13,5 + 13,5 kg = 27 kg + 1 kg the bar , so totally = 28 kg, I think a good weight to work squat. Nowadays she is training with 30 kg, and going up!!!!!!

her knees are not strong going down, they turn inside. She locks her knees on the highest point. I've seen better.

@nicolettemadelon Yes, the knee lock is most of the times with right one, but she has modified the technic. Thanks! Hope you will seeher better with another video when I put it on youtube.
