we need a functioning goverment accountable to natural law, a credit system, and an actual system of justice. Since humanity is hanging across a vine, instituting starfleet or the UNSC is putting the cart before the horse. The problem is that most people are dinosaurs. If most older folks were like LaRouche, that is, highly cultured and educated, we wouldn't have the problems we have today. Let's face it, we all have free will!  I decide to continue my self-education, even after finishing many years of schooling, yet most people only want tv and entertainment and addictions of all kinds. It seems as if once people get to a certain age they think they have to stop thinking or doing anything productive.
