@TysonAE86 because they look at america and see a 100,000 capacity staduim and they need to constantly 1 up the usa... its like same thing at the DMZ america has a buiulding there and so does north korea and the americans built it bigger so then then the north koreans built like a sky scrapper and wasted all money just to make it look big but the building doesnt even get used such a waste.. and yeah buildings like this dont get built cuase they have a good economy either they use slaves..

@Textsurfer no actually im saying that not all totalitarian regimes are rich, in fact many of them are poor, they only have money to the govt themselves, and the stadium is obviously a public place, so...
