Shame about the hate here. Just to help with the terminology though they are called both diggers and excavators (just a different name for the same thing). The arm on the back is a backhoe but unfortunately they aren't 360's. A 360 is pretty much a box on tracks that just has the arm (and not the bucket on the front) and can slew its body 360 while its tracks stay put. These move more like cars. It takes a lot of skill and coordination to drive one of these so... er... go them!
