The narrator equates a positive correlation with being "good", and a negative correlation with being "bad." But the terms "positive" and "negative" in reference to correlations connote whether there is a strong or weak relationship between one variable and another, not whether the situation is "good" or "bad." The video distorts the issue by being in the irrelevant concepts of goodness and badness to the descriptions of positive and negative correlations.

The video is accurate, and it applies a mnemonic to help adolescents keep track of positive vs. negative slopes. To correct an earlier comment, the terms "positive" and "negative" do NOT describe the relative strength or weakness of a correlation. That strength is denoted by the "correlation coefficient" which is outside the scope of this video.
