When my father passed away we played this at his funeral, as it was his favourite piece of music. like a Lark Ascending his spirit flies free, no longer suffering or in pain.

Parts are so Chinese and you hear such foreign sounds played by domestic instruments.. Williams was a genius. Will continue to educate for millennia..

Correct bro, one of the finest pieces of English music. Very emotive. Greensleeves, Elizabethan serenade and Bank of green willow also send me into orbit.
