hey there litle doctor of aq. world. Emm if you are aireting your aquariu and adding co2, emm wel then you are doing like nohing. The thing with water and air is that water can't hold a lot of it (like o2, h, and so on). It gets saturated and the rest of it just simply fizzes upwards to the surface and through it. So if your bubler is turned on it fills the tank with air, and there's just no space left for co2...

@manta965: Jea i get that. Thats like obvious. The only bad thing here is that you are useing ony a wery litle portion of co2. Plants get almost nothing of it, bicause it can't be dissolved in the water. Ooo and co2 makes yor water acidic. Just trie useing it without the airstone-earation for a week or so. The plants wil go bezerk (in a good way)

@ClinicallyTested1 the co2 is absorbed by the plants making them healthyer the oxygen is for the fish so the plants make qxygen further helping the fish there is a point to having both
