A passionate session of Question and Answer.
Between Bruno Vienne, the children and their teacher in the school "La Source" in Paris after the projection of film "Prisonniers Volontaires de la Banquise". Thanks to Françoise Polack and her team, keep it up! :).
The children were asking many questions about the drifting and Tara (they stayed during 2 hours voluntarily after the film projection ;). They have also perfomed HAKA, taught by the New Zealander chef of expedition Grant Redvers in the film "Prisonniers Volontaires de la Banquise" :)

The educational activities belong to Tara DAMOCLES Junior program, whose one of its objectives is to sensibilize our future generation about climate change, polar ice melting, and the importance of ecological equilibrium on this planet.

Prisonniers Volontaires de la Banquise. Director: Bruno Vienne
"Eight men and two dogs in the middle of immense Arctic ocean, isolated in a long polar night, living an expedition scientific but also an adventure where a slightest error might be fatal."
The polar schooner Tara was taken in the ice and drifting toward High Nord for about 2 years brought by the current sub-marine, and serving as logistic support of the European scientific project DAMOCLES (Developing Arctic Modeling and Observing Capabilities for Long-term Environmental Studies) whose objective to study and envisage the future changes of the frozen Arctic Ocean.
The film "Prisonniers Volontaires de la Banquise" (Prisoners of the Ice-Cap) traces the experiences in the first polar winter of the expedition TARA ARCTIC.
