first take....i think i have adjusted the sound levels for the better.
...there seems to be some effects on my guitar, but I am not using any (except distortion)
...i know it isn't perfect but i think i had a good feel going there for a bit.

  • how can i learn this.. i have the tab, but i dont really see how im supposed to learn just from that. how do u learn ur solos???

  • honestly, the rewins button is my greatest friend. i just break the solo down note by note if necessary. i find most tab just doesn't sound right when i play it so i rely on my own ear. i know i am not perect either but at least it is a good ear training exercise. i made the videos so people who want to learn these solos can look at my hands as a guide but trust your ear!!! ..or learn to trust what your ears are telling you. good luck bro

  • i think moonchild meant a non-two hand tapping. Sweet cover though

  • oh ok...i will try it that way too. ...thanks!

  • good but the tapping is regular

  • I am a self taught ear player, so I am not sure what you mean. could you please explain?

  • awesome

  • Why don't you play the full song man

  • Nice cover.

  • tear it up bro! kickass cover

  • Ya man, I can hear that you're off in a few parts, but the fact you got all this by ear is incredible. I usually start on a tab, figure out where it sucks, then try to fix it by ear. However, by that time I've got the tabbed version in my memory pretty well, and it's hard to change habits.

    Up the irons

  • awesome man, too cool

  • That is brillant you are the first person i have seen who can play that solo (acept from adrian smith) nice work man. i would think you could play the brighter than a thousand suns solo good aswell
