This could be a way for someone to make some money and possibly keep people safer, loved ones at ease or a way to set an alarm should you need help. A company that makes devices that people rent out for a time period. They keep it on them and return it the next day. It could be Fed Ex'd back even. A way to let people know where you are if you're going out on the town. It could be an accessory or a phone, a hair clip or maybe even a patch .. hmmmm

For every good reason I can think of, it still comes down to that I don't want to be tracked unless I want to be. It's bad enough that so much of our personal information is out there for the taking. Imagine the horrors that would be created with that ability to track. Government would love it! Privatized companies selling information, sicko people in relationships that go wrong. Who knows .. they will always exploit a good idea.
