There are a few good eyeliners from Revlon, like the Luxurious Color Eyeliner. It`s really creamy and It comes with a smudge brush so you can smudge out the eyeliner if you want to.

But i quite like all the eyeliners from Barry M. They have a lot of different colors and they apply really well.
