As a Christian i always say "Merry Christmas"...I have no shame in celebrating the birth of my Lord, and Saviour. If you are not a Christian, and don't believe, thats is fine, i have no problem with people of other religions, but i thought this country was suppose to had been founded based on Christian beliefs? If you are from another country, and don't celebrate Christmas, then don't, but if i was living in a Islamic country, they would not be afraid to celebrate their beliefs.

@jkeyes59 Jesus was born in March. Christmas is in December because the Roman Church wanted a holiday to usurp the Winter Solstice celebrations. Of course, as usual, anyone that disagreed, was murdered.

I lived in north jersey for 5 years as a kid and we would have this on every year I lived there at Christmas, but the intro just said for 2 hours? I remember it being on all night...am I wrong?

Yes, In earlier years it ran all Christmas Eve (night) into Christmas Day.
As time went on (and airtime became more expensive), the schedule was shortened and shortened.

Wpix-FM is now i think WQCD-FM a 'modern/smooth jazz and soft rock' station in NYC.
