Modern Warfare 3 - Such Great Framerate

So while playing Spec Ops online in Modern Warfare 3, I stumbled upon this odd glitch where the framerate would kick the bucket.

I know it's not the connection, because simply restarting the match with the same connection solves the problem. And I know it's not the lobby, since Dog (who I was playing with) had no issues whatsoever. And it occurred multiple times over the course of the session, so it's definitely a glitch (not to mention that every time it occurred, I was messing around with the controller's joysticks when the match was loading).

So all in all... what the fuck?!

@gordofredito I actually tried recording a LP with Dead Island when that came out... it didn't work out (I quit the game after the first day of that absolute shitfest). I actually still have some funny clips from the game being buggy as hell, but never got around to uploading them. Perhaps I should try to find them again...
