@MoshotheSpear Hmmm, I understand where you're coming from - if this sort of music isn't to your taste, thrn that's fair enough. (and god knows there are enough bad covers out there, point taken). But you've got to remember that this song is for Emmy fans, not for Pixies fans. I just happen to like both.

@mortuseon I understand its her interpretation but IMO it's a bad cover.I just tend to dislike the way people make covers that do not due justice to the original artist or intent of the song.
Seethers Careless Whisper is a good cover. Miley Cyrus has a cover of Teen Spirit that makes my eats bleed.
The world does not need a watered down version of a classic song.

@MoshotheSpear It's a cover, it's her own interpretation. Personally I like this, having fairly eclectic taste in music - it provides a refreshing contrast to the (obviously brilliant) grungy original by Pixies. Maybe it's not to your taste, but I disagree that this cover hasn't done the song justice...rather, it's simply provided a different angle.

@guitarguy182182182 hahaha same. Although, she sort of takes the spaced out feeling from the song (I personally think that's what makes it great). Still good though, she turned that grungey riff into a feel good pluckery!
