Olympian Thinking was developed as a result of an extraordinary experience of two-time Olympian, Marilyn King in training for her third Olympic team in the grueling five event Pentathlon. After a twenty year athletic career and training 6-8 hours a day, an automobile accident left her unable to train for the 1980 Olympic Pentathlon. In spite of relying almost exclusively on mental rehearsal for five months, Marilyn placed second at the Olympic Trials for the 1980 Moscow Games.

This is excellent. Marilyn's story of how she rose up from a debilitating accident to peak performance in the Olympics is very inspiring and important! We all face great challenges today that Olympian Thinking can help us through.
