Adam "Soul Horse" Song and Israel "The Hurricane" Hernandez demo a solid attack you can perform when you opponent is trapped underneath you in the sprawl position in BJJ/MMA.
If he is still strong and fresh, with lots of energy, don't attempt. He will resist/slip out, and you will wind up in a poor position. Soften up your opponent with punches in MMA, or in BJJ, wait until he/she gasses a bit. When you feel the life drain out of them, THEN you attack, and finish.
Train hard, make it work for you!
I do this from standing one leg attempt takedown and when they are moving works awesome!

Is this move legal in high school wrestling?

@luhhbiyt36 the gator roll? yes. the choking finish? no. "potentially dangerous", theyll call it. but the gator roll is a good way in folkstyle wrestling to break your opponent's base (you can use it from the front headlock position on the feet), get him in the down position, then spin to his back to throw legs or flatten him out...or in freestyle or greco for back exposure points. youd just wanna use a regular "s" or gable grip instead of the (unnecessary) figure four with the arm in. -SH

I use a variation of this in wrestling. Very effective.
