this pattern is correct for the people who are disagreeing, sidekicks are high but he just showing off his ability all moves are correct and i dont even use sine wave.
The pattern seems pretty spot on, with probably the only exception of move no 7, the push to the side (the so call sofa block) which is slightly not as noticable as the way I was taught, but every school differ slightly.
I am a second degree in ITF Taekwon-Do, our school doesnt do the sine wave so everyone assumes that its just wrong anyway but many school have split and diffrent schools have diffrent takes on forms. This one is pretty good even though I dont do the sine wave, keep up the good work!
@greasybuffalo Although you cant, It helps with memory of movement, and also improves self control with little resistance.

I agree withh h0rangi kicks are too high. Side kicks are aimed at Ribs not Forehead. Overall: Gold Medal (Y)
