God speaks to us through His Word (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work" (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

Second, to hear God's voice we must recognize it. Jesus said, "My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me" (John 10:27). AND WHAT WE HEAR WILL BE ACCORDING TO HIS WORD.

Third, we hear His voice when we spend time in prayer, Bible study, and quiet contemplation of His Word.

GOD'S WILL FOR US
Pray, especially when you're unsure of God's will for your life. "If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5).

Christians also have the Holy Spirit to discern what is, or is not, God's will for our lives. "The Spirit of truth . . . will guide you into all truth" (John 16:13).

"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7). "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths" (Proverbs 3:5-6).


May you be blessed to receive His word in the Bible. It is about Jesus Christ who was born to die for ALL our sins and be raised from that death. As God The Son, He calls us to live FOREVER. And delivers us from our sins:

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" Romans 3:23

It is God the Father who,through love, and by His grace, provided Jesus, the righteous, sinless man and Son of God, to die for our sins and rise from the dead for us who do not deserve such a blessing.

" the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 6:23

THE SURE PROMISES OF JESUS CHRIST IN THE KING JAMES BIBLE

"I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6).

Through belief in Jesus Christ and what HE did all our sins in our life are forgiven and we receive a new nature Holy to God and Eternal life. Our new life will be lived with God in us. We will think differently. We live differently. We will be a new creation in Christ for God's Glory.

SALVATION IS A FREE GIFT OF GOD

Ephesians 2:8-9 "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast."

Romans 10:17
"So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. "

Jesus died so I could live. THE BIBLE SAYS : I DIED WITH HIM AND ROSE A NEW CREATION IN HIM.

I am no longer my own. God gave me faith, through hearing and reading His word, to believe in Jesus, trusting His death as the payment for my sins. All of my sins are forgiven and washed away IN HIS BLOOD HE SHED. My life became a new life in Him. He became my Lord and Savior.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life" (John 3:16).

Everlasting life is a state of conscious sinless life, in a glorified BODY, lived in the presence of a Holy God with the Family of God. We will be given a new body that cannot sin and cannot die. It is perfect in all ways like that which Jesus had when He rose from the dead. And He spoke:

Luke 24:39 " Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have." John 20:27 " Then said he to Thomas, Reach here your finger, and behold my hands; and reach here your hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing."

What does it mean to "PERISH"? It means the body of flesh and bones ceases to exist but the soul and spirit of man which was made to last forever, continues into eternity in some bodily form, in a conscious state, in a place apart from God called "The Lake Of Fire" or some say "HELL".

IN CONCLUSION: "Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation" (2 Cor. 6:2)

Very good vid. Watched it all. But, hell is not eternal. The Lake of Fire at the time of the Lord's return burns fully and destroys all evil. Eternal torment are not in the Bible in the original language. The scripture bears out that Jesus destroyed Satan on the cross. And destroys Satan and all evil -- all the first creation at His return -- then recreates all. God is Sovereign. Excellent vid though. (A lot of ppl think hell is eternal - though it's not.) But excellent vid on Jesus.

@graceexplosion PART 1: The soul was made eternal. God's justice is eternal. We live with eternity in our being. Annihilation is not in the Bible. There is either everlasting life OR death. Mt. 25:41 "Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

Mt. 25:46 "And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal."

@graceexplosion PART 2:We are body, soul, and spirit. A spiritual nature cannot be consumed by physical fire. The unsaved are resurrected with a body prepared for eternity just as the saved are (Revelation 20:13; Acts 24:15). Rev.20:"10 and the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the BEAST and the FALSE PROPHET were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever." (Emphasis mine) SALVATION IS FOREVER, AS IS DEATH W/O CHRIST

@aughalough1 Then why won't you allow your priests to marry when the Bible says they are supposed to be married? 1 Timothy 3:2. And,what is up with your obsession with praying to Mary and saints in addition to God when we should only go to God for our needs? John 14:13-14.
