Suspicious letter regarding Obama's birth

Representative Neil Abercrombie reading a presidential letter that differs substantially from the letter Kapi`olani Medical Center has posted on its website (http://www.kapiolanigift.org/centennial.aspx?id=1728&terms=obama). Although the letter on the site purports to be an authentic letter from the president, it has no presidential seal and is not an image, but an HTML construction.
