lol, c'est à peine si je peux rester 20 secondes dans l'eau maintenant. Quand je pense quand j'étais petit je tenais facilement 2 minutes :D dans une piscine.

@TVProcam I wouldnt say it takes years... I swam throughout highschool and about half of us had it mastered on a single afternoon when our coach didnt show up. I think actually the hardest part is staying neutrally buoyant. Best way to try learning it is get goggles on, swim under on your back with your nose plugged with both hands. For beginners we tell them just stick your tongue out, inflate your cheeks and then jerk your tongue into your mouth quickly. awesome video, wish i knew french.

look at 2:24, it's look like Enzo in the The Big Blue. :D

Thank you for the complement on the video. To answer your question, under the water stephane mifsud breath of the air with its mouth in the style of a smoker to make a circle of air for the place of the smoke. Years of practice allowed to make this trademark, unique to the world.

i know there is a world guinnes record of tom sietas of 17minutes what is the different

The Guiness record of Tom Sietas is a false record of the world. It's not approved by " international Aïda " who is the reference in apnea because no control of judges A was realized during this chronometer, in particular anti-doping and on taking or not of pure oxygen before the performance.
Its last approved record Aïda dates June, 2008, the time was only of 10 minutes 12 seconds, the 17 minutes of the Guiness portfolio!!!!
