The simple truth is -- they will search you and your car if they want to. They will simply lie.

refusing a search is not P.C. If they cant see anything in plain view, no P.C. smell is not P.C., it is something you can't bring into court. so you lock all doors roll up all windows when they ask you to step out then you slam the door shut. then they need your keys which you refuse to give them. then they need a warrant. remember you dont have to tell them shit.give your liscense. reg. and insurance. Its not their business where you intend to go or where you are coming from.

You should also make a note...*** Non of this Applies if black or hispanic**** they will always do a detailed search of your car and will always call for back up regardless. so hide your stash well, and make them get the dog and deny deny deny. If you're in bigger city and refuse, if the dog unit is busy or too far away they might let you go.

I just avoid smoking in my car. I don't even like having bud in it but if I do, I make sure it's very well hidden just in case. Just go smoke out in the woods somewhere. Cops are never out in the woods, nor people walking around. Just blaze up, chill for a bit (to let the wind air you off), and get some eyedrops and maybe cologne. Then you're safe to head home :) (but don't drive high if you can't control yourself. You don't want to endanger people's lives.

I got pulled over one day and there was a case of beer in the back of my car (it really wasnt mine) so I told the cop and explained how my older cousin left it there last night and he said to me that hes "not worried about alcohol" (by the way im under 21) well what if I lied and that was my beer and I started drinking and driving and crashed and killed somebody that cop could have prevented it by taking the beer but if I get cault with a pot seed than Im a criminal
