The Davis Family had no intentions or designs to go into the business...and then "The Cave" started to attract a LOT of attention. We didn't so much choose the name "Davis Caves", as we were "branded" with it!

I wish that the costs of building one of these homes was still in the $20,000 range even with labor. I doubt I could get a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home for that now. It is a sound idea though.
