George Throop has been walking across the country and one man has been walking the Texas perimeter (S. Matt Read) Very few people dare to see the country on foot while most of us take a bus or drive a car or just stay at home.

see America at no more than 3 miles per hour. Frontage road is already a 55 mph zone thank God no one uses it, it is usually avoided. Besides cars can travel at 80 (Ward County) 70 (Ector County) on I-20
