I'm so glad you have taken this on.So many of these valuable engines,valuable both in a historical sense and a utilitarian sense.So many of these have been ground up and smelted.As time goes by their numbers become less and less.It looks as though your doing a superb job of restoring this engine,all you need now is a modern generator unit,the chinese one are cheap enough and make yourself some cheap electricity.She looks wonderful at the end!! I must get myself a real Lister,I like the big ones!

Great engine, Great music. But what id love to know is what did you do to the engine besides painting it? new piston, bearings ETC...

That was truly an excellent video. I keep thinking about getting one to restore. When painting did you prime? what did you use? Also how did you get the flywheel off? With thanks
