Adobe Photoshop Cs5: How to make a abstract background

Haven't made a tut. In a while, so I decided on this. This tutorial is for more advanced users in photoshop.

For the "Bokeh" Brush, I could not seem to find the tutorial I used to make the actual brush. Just look up: How to make a bokeh background in adobe photoshop. I'm sure you'll find one.

Note, Here are some key commands that will help you in photoshop:
Ctrl + z = Undo
Ctr + alt + z = go back atleast 10 steps
Ctrl + J = duplicate
Ctrl + N = New Project
Ctrl + f5 = fill background black
pushing " D" on the keyboard resets the paint pallet to black and white again
