The young industrialist Tudor Gheorghiu (Vladimir Gaitan) recalles, obsessed with jealousy, the love story between him and his wife, Lena (Joanna Pacula), spent before his departure to war. Believing that she would meet the lover, he leaves his division command to catch her. But his refusal to meet orders results in decimating entire battalion. Tudor was sentenced to death and shot.
Screenplay-Adaptation of Camil Petrescu's novel "Last night of love. First night of war ", the film manages to restore the passion and torment of the two protagonists whose love is brutally interrupted by the start of World War I.

Directed by Sergiu Nicolaescu; with Vladimir Gaitan, Joana Pacula, Sebastian Papaiani, Sergiu Nicolaescu, Gheorghe Dinica, Ion Besoiu. Music by Bert Grund.

I will try to post part 2 tomorrow. I still don't know when part 3 will come cause I'm having some problems withe the programm. Anyway... ENJOY!
