LA Sheriff Car From Behind

I was on the freeway this morning, and noticed that the cop car in front of me had no brake lights! So I decided to film it, later the cop decided to get behind me, luckily I didn't get pulled over, just followed for a bit. RIDICULOUS! What are my taxpayer dollars going for???

The vehicle has a switch where the deputy can turn off the break lights so when they pass a car that looks like a good jam, the person in the car won't be alerted to the deputies break lights.
