They teach you this in RADA, she probably went there...i totally agreed with what they said about 'grounding' it helps! it also helps if u do it in groups like in RADA.

I think some people would say this is shallow, but this is precisely what guys like Lil' Wayne, Steven Tyler, and so many others do on the stage. They're confident in themselves and in what they're doing and they're independent, but in the room and grounded. People tend to flock to and around people like this because they represent that freeness people wish they had to do what they wanted. The body language just communicates a frame of mind, that's what your body is for when you socialize.

I just hold my shoulders high and people tend to treat me like I'm casual and normal. And also, if they talk to you, talk back in a strong voice. If it's a small quiet voice they maybe don't feel as confortable.
