If you want to write on a desktop if you have a dell, go to google images, look up whatever you want, save it, open it up on paint, write whatever you want, save it again, go into properties, go to desktop, click browse, and open it. You should have whatever you wrote with the desktop you looked up on your screen!

I am looking for typing on my desktop, I guess your better off using Photoshop CS 5 and write on PNG thats you screen size and save it and use it as your desktop. That way it wont look like your baby brother hacked your mac, because you can type with fonts.

Even getter you can design it so it's organised with sections and sticky notes and notepads and what not. Why they didn't add typing is beyond me.
