Minecraft 1.1 Compact Redstone Zipper Elevator Tutorial

This was filmed in 1.8.1 beta, but still works on 1.1!

This can go literally as high as you want!

This also seems to be hit and miss on servers, it all depends on the connection of the server. Sometimes it will work, sometimes it won't, and you will get stuck in the stairs. Be wary that you could die when using this if you go up very far!

Hello everyone, this is my tutorial on how to make a compact (6x3xany height) elevator in Minecraft! It features redstone, redstone torches, redstone repeaters, and sticky pistons. @Ninjasimmo Check the repeaters and torches at the top. If you leave all repeaters set at default, it will be at the fastest setting. So make sure you haven't set them to two.

@1337Roflc0pt3r Don't worry about that. They changed the texture in 1.0.0. The dot will still work fine, just make sure it isn't a line.

@Theshortfulone Check and make sure that all of your repeaters are set at the same amount of ticks. One repeater being off by one tick will make that happen.

@AnonymousKev Have you tried slowing it down by changing all of the repeaters? Someone said this helped.. I haven't tested it though.

i made it before and it works great but this time im having trouble :( the top 2 pistons i think arent firing so it doesnt get me the whole way up and its really slow compared to yours :( any suggestions?
