@daphill The Recieving team (RED) player fell on the ball, so that would make it RED's ball. But even if BLUE had recovered, it would still be still be RED's ball because a player on the punting team (BLUE) was the first to touch the ball after the punt. The only way that BLUE could retain the ball in this situation, is if RED had had been the first to touch the ball after the punt and then either fumbled or muffed it and BLUE recovered it. RED player should have picked it up and run.
