Response Video: A look at an American Grocery Store

This is a response video for Kouhei (jp10IamMeNotU). He has made two or three videos showing his viewers what a Japanese supermarket looks like and I thought it would be fun to show him what my local grocery store/supermarket looks like.

Realy awsome video... i want to see more videos like this all over the world.

I think you dont have health food and everione in this world knows that.

Its all pre preped and tons of sugar and fat in it....

Only thing i realy dont get it.... why are your eggs white ?

Are they like geneticly manipulated or are those just from diferent chickens.

@asmircar1 Good observations. Sometimes I even get annoyed with the horribly pre-packaged high salt and fat foods we have. It's sad how our food can't be fresher or healthier sometimes. I'm not sure why our eggs are white. I've never really questioned it. I just looked it up on Wikipedia and it says different breeds lay different colors of eggs. We do have brown eggs although most people prefer white for some reason. I tend to think brown eggs are healthier not sure though.

im honestly surprised they let you film inside the store most stores have policies against this

@shinyobject101 To tell you the truth, I never asked anyone if I could film so maybe I was breaking policy :( I probably should have asked. I filmed around workers though and no one ever complained. If they had, I would have turned off the camera and not gotten the footage.

Vending machines are larger. At 2:22 what's that Popsicle!!! D: I can't dare eat those too much colored stuff. lol

Voila looked nice and pizza's looked nice. I definitely want them here! And Hot Pockets seem nice too. Bottled milk look, to me, some kind of floor wax for houses. One thing I care about American food is that milk!!

Overall, I think design of packages look much different from ours. It's the very "American".

@jp10IamMeNotU Popsicles are treat of frozen sugar water on a stick LOL. I think the colored ones you are talking about are called Jolly Rancher Popsicles. Jolly Rancher is a famous brand of hard candy in the US. They have all sorts of fruit flavors.Those popsicles are new and are made to taste like a combination of Jolly Rancher hard candies. All the other Popsicles around there are very colorful too. Fruit flavors/colors are popular for Popsicles in the US.

That Walmart is really empty compared to the supercenter down my road. Even the sams club and target that is next to it is boomin more. I love when I'm the only one inside a store

And btw i was shocked when i saw japanese mart, they

are selling mostly fish and sea food, instead of reast of the world,

witch eats only white and red meat. That is so sick....
